Why would I use an advisor instead of going directly to vendors?
Vendors are excellent at selling their product. What they can’t give you is an honest comparison of the market, an objective view of whether their solution fits your needs, or advice that puts your interests first. We’ve sat inside enterprise HR technology environments for 15+ years – we know what vendors say and what actually happens after the contract is signed.
What if we're mid-implementation and things aren't going well?
This is more common than you’d think. Hourly consulting is a good starting point. We can quickly assess where things have gone wrong and what your options are. Pricing starts from AUD $297 per hour. For Not for Profits and NGO’s please contact us for special pricing.

What happens in the complementary discovery call?
We spend 20–30 minutes understanding your current situation, what systems you’re running, what’s not working, what’s driving the need for change, and what success looks like for you. There’s no obligation and no pitch. At the end, we’ll give you our honest view of whether and how we can help.
We're a smaller business — is enterprise HR tech relevant to us?
Some of the most cost effective and well designed HR & Payroll platforms are built specifically for businesses in the 150 to 500 employee range. Part of what we do is make sure you’re not over engineered into a system that’s way too complex or too expensive for where you are right now.
What's the difference between the 12 week program and 1:1 coaching?
Our 12 week customised program is a structured group experience. You move through the content alongside a cohort of women at a similar stage, which means peer connection and shared learning are built into the process.
The 1:1 coaching offering is a separate, private engagement designed for women who want dedicated, personalised support tailored entirely to their individual goals, challenges, and career situation.
