I spent time in Siem Reap, Cambodia on assignment with the Australian Volunteers Program, working alongside local NGOs to mentor their staff and support them with HR strategy and best practice. It quickly became clear that there wasn’t an affordable HR system built for organisations like these, so I built one myself.

Sound familiar?

The admin behind your people shouldn’t take over your week.

Paper records

Do you still keep manual paper records of all your staff details?

Endless spreadsheets

Are you struggling with too much admin keeping spreadsheets updated for your staff’s leave, training and annual appraisals?

Donor and funder reporting

Do you have to update your org chart by hand and pull together reports about your people to satisfy donors and funders?

An HR system built for mission driven organisations

PeopleShared is a simple HR system designed specifically for NGOs, not for profits and social enterprises here in Cambodia. It brings everything into one place:

  • People records
  • Leave
  • Appraisals
  • Training
  • Recruitment
  • Org chart
  • Reports
  • and more

All in one place, with a free two week trial. No credit card needed and minimal set up on your side. It’s also always free for organisations with five or fewer staff.

See it in action

Seven short videos, each about a minute or two long, show PeopleShared in use with a fictitious organisation. Each video has a spoken voice, and the same words appear as captions on screen, so you do not need to turn anything on. Turn your sound up to hear it. Every video also has a full text version underneath.
