Allison is the Founder and CEO of Shin Jidai, bringing decades of experience across Information Technology, Finance and Human Resources. Since founding the company in 2021, she has built high performing teams that delivers exceptional outcomes in project delivery, as well as tailored coaching and mentoring services. Guided by a collaborative and future focused mindset, Allison is deeply committed to empowering both clients and the next generation of female STEM leaders.
